Do you want to lead exciting projects in pipe technology together with engaged colleagues? We are now looking for a driven and structured project manager to join our team in Högdalen, contributing to sustainable and modern installations for our customers.

As a project manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and following up on projects in HVAC and pipe installation from start to finish. You will work alongside skilled installers and subcontractors, maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, and ensure that projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and follow up on projects from start to finished contract

• Be responsible for time, budget, and customer relations

• Be the main contact for clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal resources

• Ensure work environment, quality, and environmental requirements in projects

• Participate in improvement work and development of work processes

• Documented experience as a project manager, site manager, or installation coordinator in pipe contracting.

• Good knowledge of HVAC technical installations. 

• Experience in contract law (AB04, ABT06, and AMA HVAC & Cooling)

• Ability to read and understand drawings, technical documents, calculations, and descriptions. 

• Experience in financial follow-up, change management, and project budgeting

Meritorious

• Technical education in HVAC, installation, or energy. Experience in project management of larger or complex projects.

• Experience in construction site safety coordination (BAS-U)

• Knowledge of BIM and 3D tools. 

• Experience in industrial, hospital, or property technical installations.

Other Requirements: 

• Driver's license B

• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Very good computer skills, Office and project tools

• Ability to work on project sites within the region.

You have the ability to lead and motivate your team while creating security and engagement among employees. You are structured, solution-oriented, and work commercially to achieve set goals. With good communication skills, you create strong relationships both internally and externally, contributing to effective collaborations and successful projects.
